Yes, Tripuck is completely free for users. We receive a small commission when we direct you to travel providers. This allows us to offer you free service.
Do I make my reservation through Tripuck?
No. After Tripuck finds you the best prices, it directs you to the relevant airline or travel agency. You complete reservation and payment transactions through our trusted partners.
What are customer service hours?
We are at your service weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00. We are closed on Sundays. You can use the contact form for urgent matters.
